This information is collected through consultation forms, intake documents, medical questionnaires, or direct communication with our medical team.  At Althea we use this information for strictly purpose of providing safe, personalized care and services.  This includes conduction medical consultations, determining eligibility for IV therapy or peptide treatments, creating individualized wellness, protocols, coordinating care with our medical director or supervising providers, communicating appointment information and follow-ups, maintaining medical and business records and improving the quality and safety of our services.  Protection of your information include:  HIPPA privacy practices, secure storage of medical records, controlled access to patient information, secure communication systems, when possible, limited staff access to protected health information.  Only authorized personnel involved in your care or business operations may access your information.  Information may be shared only with our Medical Director, with health care professionals involved in your treatment, when required by law, legal process, or public health requirements, in the event of a medical emergency where information is necessary to protect your safety.  Please note that while we strive to use secure communication methods, standard email or text messaging may not always be fully secure.
